Join us for the annual HOA meeting at the Canyon Heights Community Center, 7:00 PM on June 10th. The agenda includes board elections, the 2026–2027 budget review, landscaping proposals, and an open Q&A session. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be provided. The community pool is now open daily from 7 AM to 9 PM through Labor Day weekend. Residents must present their HOA access card for entry. Guests are limited to two per household per visit. Pool rules are posted at the facility. Please review them before your first visit of the season.
Scheduled landscaping work along Mesa Drive will take place May 3–5. Temporary parking restrictions will be in effect on the east side of the street from 7 AM to 5 PM each day. Residents on Mesa Drive should plan accordingly. Contact the management office with any questions.
Join your neighbors for our annual Spring Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 26th from 8 AM to noon. We will be tidying up common areas, planting seasonal flowers, and refreshing the entrance monument. Gloves and tools will be provided. Breakfast snacks and coffee will be available. RSVP to the management office so we can plan supplies.
The main entrance gate access system has been successfully upgraded. All existing fobs and access codes remain valid. The new system adds vehicle license plate recognition as a secondary entry method. If you experience any access issues, please contact the management office during business hours.
The March board meeting minutes are now available on the Documents page. Key topics included approval of the pool maintenance contract, review of the reserve fund balance, and discussion of proposed speed bump installations on Ridgeline Court. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for April 22nd at 6:30 PM.
As a reminder to all homeowners, any exterior modifications — including paint color changes, fence installations, patio covers, and landscaping alterations — require prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee. Submitting changes without approval may result in fines and required restoration. ARC request forms are available on the Documents page.
The quarterly Neighborhood Watch meeting will be held on March 18th at 6:00 PM in the Community Center. Officer Rodriguez from the local precinct will present a community safety update. All residents are welcome. This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and discuss ways to keep Canyon Heights safe.
